Welcome to the new homes division at The Valley Solutions Team.  Our team members are experts in working with new home builders throughout the valley.  Most buyers think they will save money by not being represented by a REALTOR.  This is not the case.  We may actually be able to negotiate a better deal for you because of our knowledge of the market and all of the competition.  It is also very important to have representation of your own.  Remember who the sales person works for.  They work for the builder and not you.  They have to sell every home on every lot.  We will be sure you make the best choices and not fall for their sales pitch.
